Abstract

PTCA have been developed since 1977 with the development of better devices and the accunulation of experience. Its indication was extended from single, proximal, concentric, discrete lesion to multiple, eccentric, long and complex lesion. But
there
are
still problems, such as acute closure and restenosis, and enomorous efforts were made to overcome these problems. New divices such as stent, rotablator, athrectomy, laser have apperared for those purposes. Probably such an effort will get a
considerable
result.
